The InCites database is a research performance analytics and benchmarking tool built on high-quality publication and citation data from the Web of Science Core Collection. InCites integrates a rich set of metrics and global benchmark data across all disciplines and years since 1980, assisting users in analyzing from seven dimensions: researcher, organization, department, region, research field, journal, and funding. This enables real-time tracking of institutional research output and citation impact, horizontal and vertical comparisons of research performance and influence across institutions, precise identification of potential talent, and effective discovery of current and potential research collaboration opportunities.
